OMG this was better than book 1!!! But eff me that ending kicked my ass and I hope Maura dies in book 3! I hate her sooooooooooooo much!

Don't normally rate books I DNF but yeah this is just not good. It's confusing. And I didn't give a shit about the MC or anyone in the book.

Really good finish but the epilogue felt like ugh how do I say this without pissing people off? I can't. She tried to please everyone but should have left something for the next series because obviously we're going to see certain people in her next "Shadowhunter" series.

It was good. Not spectacular. The first half was pretty slow but if finally picked up halfway through. I didn't really connect with any of the characters though and that was a problem for me. I will be interested to see where the rest of the series goes and will be reading it. I find I don't have enough words for a full review on my blog so this is it.
